The Reiki attunements are a very ancient process for fine tuning the physical and etheric bodies to a higher vibratory level and opening a purified channel within the student for the energy to pass through. Once this channel has been opened it will remain for the rest of your life and will be activated simply through intent. Reiki is an intelligent energy and so long as you as practitioner state your intention with the highest good of your subject in focus, Reiki will take the healing where it is needed. The healing energy is drawn through this purified channel transmuting any personal energy blockages therein, ensuring that nothing of your energy field is passed to the recipient or from theirs to you. The giving of Reiki never drains the giver as you are also receiving healing in the process of giving a treatment. One of the greatest benefits of Reiki is that it actively supports the tenet of ‘healer heal thyself’ – the more you use the energy the more you assist your own healing process.
The understanding of Reiki knows no limits. The journey is yours.
